ARTkiVAL

My work is fairly diverse and ranges from photography to very abstracted creations that are based upon either fractals, a scrap of a photograph, a character from a font set or a combination of two or more of the above.

The results of my photographic work typically will fall into one of a number of different categories; traditional photography, including a bit of Black and White; many images of the natural world, including landscapes and a variety of floral images; edgier, almost abstracted images; some exploration into Infra-Red and finally, very heavily manipulated and layered images. Images from one or more of these categories will be in each gallery.

My abstract work seeks to provide visual explanations of Gestält, the difference in a given system between the sum of the parts and the whole. This work is usually created at a very high resolution, to allow the images to be printed in sizes up to 40 inches wide.

All of my work strives to fulfill the ARTkiVAL objective of Art connected to value by the infusion of the spiritual energy of the artist.
